Cancellation policy

Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription through your customer account at any time. To avoid your next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling your subscription stops future renewals and does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

6-month subscriptions
6-month subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew every six months. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Once a six-month term has been charged and begun, it is non-refundable, and you will continue receiving the remaining monthly deliveries included in that term.

12-month subscriptions
12-month subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew every 12 months. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Once a 12-month term has been charged and begun, it is non-refundable, and you will continue receiving the remaining monthly deliveries included in that term.

Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Once a gift subscription has begun, the remaining deliveries cannot be canceled or refunded.
