These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Milk Truck Mail website and your purchase of products and subscriptions from Milk Truck Mail, operated by Dappled Company LLC (“Milk Truck Mail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Milk Truck Mail
Milk Truck Mail is a monthly mail subscription offering original printed material and other physical items delivered by mail. The specific contents of each issue may vary from month to month.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products, subscription options, features, or contents at any time.
2. Subscription Plans
Milk Truck Mail offers monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscription options.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until canceled.
6-month subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew for another 6-month term unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.
12-month subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew for another 12-month term unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel or refund a charge that has already been processed.
Prepaid subscription terms are non-refundable once the term has begun. If you cancel a prepaid subscription, you will continue to receive the remaining deliveries included in the term you have already purchased, but the subscription will not renew.

3. Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are prepaid, one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription term has begun. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient name and mailing address.
Any gift message or other information submitted with a gift order must not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
4. Shipping Schedule
New issues generally ship monthly, around the 15th.
Orders placed on or before the 10th of the month will receive that month's issue. Orders placed after the 10th will begin with the following month's issue.
For example, an order placed on October 10 will receive the October issue. An order placed on October 11 will begin with the November issue.
Shipping dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Printing schedules, postal delays, weather, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances may occasionally affect when an issue is mailed or delivered.
Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate and current mailing address in their account. Address changes should be made before an upcoming issue is processed for mailing.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Mail
Mail occasionally gets lost or damaged in transit. If your issue does not arrive, please follow the replacement process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For U.S. deliveries, we ask that you allow three weeks from the mailing date before requesting a replacement. For international deliveries, please allow six weeks.
We cannot guarantee replacements for orders mailed to an incorrect or outdated address supplied by the customer.
If you receive an incorrect or significantly damaged order, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We may change the price of our products or subscriptions in the future. Any price change affecting an automatically renewing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. If a recurring payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused, canceled, or otherwise affected.
Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
7. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of our services, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before it has been fulfilled, we will refund the applicable amount.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because Milk Truck Mail consists of mailed printed materials and other physical items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds, replacements, lost-mail requests, and cancellation-related refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated means to improperly access or scrape the site, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or otherwise use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Milk Truck Mail name, branding, website, original writing, illustrations, designs, photographs, printed materials, and other original content are owned by Dappled Company LLC or used with permission.
Purchasing an issue or subscription gives you ownership of the physical items you receive. It does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property contained within those items.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our copyrighted material without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website and subscriptions rely on third-party services, including ecommerce, payment processing, subscription management, shipping, analytics, and other technology providers.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable service, but the website, its content, and our services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available, or that every mailed item will arrive by a particular date.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dappled Company LLC and Milk Truck Mail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective or last-updated date.
Changes will apply prospectively. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes affecting an existing subscription take effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
